Warranty Conditions Multi Tradestore for Consumer Goods in Case of Damage
1. General
These warranty conditions apply to all consumer goods sold under warranty by Multi Tradestore BV. By purchasing an item from us, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
2. Duration of the Warranty
The standard warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. The purchase date must be proven with a valid proof of purchase. Within 2 months after purchase, there is an opportunity to identify defects and incompleteness. After that, it must be proven that consumer use has no influence on the damage or functioning of the product.
3. Coverage of the Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal use of the item. This must be identified within 2 months. This includes:
− Functional defects not caused by the consumer.
− Material defects that affect the functionality.
− Damage due to transport of the item.
− Incomplete delivery in pieces or described materials.
− Incorrect delivery. Product does not match the purchase.
4. Exclusions from the Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
− Improper use, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
− Incorrect installation or maintenance.
− Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons or companies.
− Wear and tear from normal use, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or aging of the material.
− Damage caused by external factors, such as water, fire, storm, or lightning damage.
5. Complaints Procedure
If you wish to file a complaint under this warranty, you must do the following:
− Contact our customer service via [email protected] to report your complaint. Phone calls are not valid. This must be in writing.
− Send a detailed description of the problem, along with photos of the damage.
− Make sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase. The invoice or order confirmation email is sufficient.
6. Warranty Handling
Upon receipt of your complaint, our team will assess the problem. If the damage falls under the warranty, Multi Tradestore will, at its discretion:
− Repair the item free of charge.
− Replace the item with an equivalent new or refurbished item.
− Refund the purchase amount if repair or replacement is not possible.
− Provide a partial refund if it concerns part of the order.
7. No Extended Warranties
This warranty does not provide rights beyond those provided by law. The consumer’s rights as established by applicable law are not affected by these warranty conditions.
8. Transferability
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable to third parties.
9. Changes and Termination
Multi Tradestore reserves the right to amend or terminate these warranty conditions at any time, provided that such changes do not affect warranties already granted.
10. Applicable Law
These warranty conditions are governed by the law of the European Union. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Alkmaar, Netherlands.
### How Does Returning an Item to a Sales Partner Work?
− An item purchased from a sales partner cannot be returned to a store.
− An item purchased from a sales partner must be returned to the sales partner.
− Read the terms above to determine if you are entitled to any form of refund.
− Always keep the shipping receipt safe.

Obelink shall pay you as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we have received your notice of cancellation. Obelink shall reimburse you using the same means of payment that you used when placing your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this payment.
