If possible, return the product in its original condition and packaging. In the event of damage caused by the buyer, the return will not be accepted. Returns are accepted within 30 days and are free of charge. Notify us of your return by sending an email to [email protected] quoting your order number. Please pack the item carefully to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

Please note that returns are only free if you use the WinkelvanHugo.nl return label.

If you wish to return an order from WinkelvanHugo.nl, you can submit a return request via your Obelink account.

If you revoke the agreement within 30 days, Obelink will refund you the full amount that Obelink has received from you. This includes the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the favourable standard delivery offered by us). Obelink will pay you as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation. Obelink will reimburse you with the same means of payment that you used to place your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
