The tools have undergone a number of independent tests and comparisons, they always impress with their strong product characteristics, quality and clear added value.

Every product we offer is provided with a trial period of 14 days. As soon as you have received your order at home, the 14 day trial period starts. If it is the case that despite your secure choice the order is disappointing or for whatever reason, you can return it within 14 days after receipt. Use the return form below to return your order. Are you not given the opportunity to return your order within these 14 days? In that case, please notify us within 14 days that you have canceled your order. You then have 14 days to return your order. If you wish to make use of this, report your return via [email protected]. For the return of your order you use the return form below to download.PLEASE NOTE: Without the return form we will not process the return item! This return form clearly states how you can return your order to us. The shipping costs for the delivery of your order will be credited, together with the value of the product(s). Products can only be returned in their original packaging and without traces of usage.

Products that are damaged and used on receipt of return, so that we will have to remove them, will be assessed for the damage. This amount will be deducted from the order amount. When we discover damage, we will make you a proposal for the refund amount or the possibility to receive the product again.

When we receive an item outside the trial period, we will see how we will deal with it per return. When the product is completely complete, ie in unused condition and in original packaging, we will credit the product after settlement of any freight costs. When things are missing or damaged, we will settle these up to 100% of the value of the product.
